Lost 4iii battery cover 3 months to replace and extortionate price & no seal
little plastic cap size of 1euro £12 not in stock for 3 months and when delivered no seal had to buy on ebay.

Worked as it should, bit irriated I needed it
Got my power meter working again but not entirely sure the design is that great that it fell off in the first place. Never feels particularly obvious when you are taking on/off which happens more than it should because the I hadn't realised the battery life is terrible if you have the app installed and the bike near to your phone frequently.

It is expensive for what it is and still they charge you shipping. Ridiculous.

Worked as it should - shipping cost it too high
$15 for a part the size of a quarter is what it is, but $15 shipping for it is excessive.
