Poor-quality plastic used for drive side cover

I got Precision 3 dual power meter factory installed less than 2 years ago. I went to change the battery yesterday, undid the screws and battery cap just fell in three pieces. Very disappointing. We (customers) need to make 4iiii responsible for selling expensive power meters made of poor-quality plastic.
Does anybody know if there is a lawsuit against 4iiii?

Poor quality drive side cover on Tarmac SL8

Now onto my third cover in a bike thats less than 2 years old. Cover cracks and needs to be replaced or readings from meter go all wonky... Poor design/manufacture

Battery cap is fragile

The actual power meter works as advertised. However the batter cover especially on the drive side is super fragile. Mine cracked the first time I changed the battery. It is poorly made for what is a high end product.

Poor quality!

Poor quality of the housing.
I own a s-works tarmac and the powermeter is completly out of funktion because the housing fell slowly in pieces! It‘s a shame, a powermeter on a racebike is not just for fun, but should be a reliable tool to plan and follow the tpl. Unfotunatly this isn‘t possible with the actual quality of the housing!
