Unreliable

First one I bought didn't function as a bridge from ant+ to Bluetooth. Got a replacement which connects to its app just fine. Also connects to Zwift running on a PC but only displays a heart rate of 0. When paired to my treadmill I shows a heart rate but will show crazy spikes or dips in measured BPM for absolutely no reason. And yes the battery is brand new. And yes the strap is perfectly fitted. And yes I have a suitable amount of conductive gel applied to the sensors. I have been using chest strap HRM's for years and am very confident on how to wear them. This device is just totally unreliable as a training device which is a shame as I really wanted it to work for it's bridging function.

VIIIIa HRM (Product and Customer Service)

THe Actual HRM monitor is well designed I like the dome fasteners and the fact that they never seem to fail and also never come undone. The battery compartment is well designed easy to access and batteries last about 7 months as long as you use a premium battery.

The belt design is very good and works well. From my experience with the
belt it usually lasts 5 to 7 months. A more durable belt would fix a lot of problems. Perhaps a belt that lasts 1 to 2 years or more.

I like the fact it is only a Heart Rate Monitor and does not have a lot of measurements that are for other sports like gate and average gate.

The consumer Experience Specialists are very Helpful and accommodating.

I am waiting to see the new heart Rate Monitor that is coming out this fall. I just hope the new model has a new and improved belt.

The belt is a problem because it is cheap

The belts last from 3 days to 7 months. I have never seen them in stock. They should e able to keep these items in stock but they never have.

I believe they should have the belts designed to last at least a year

Good Monitor, Cheap Strap

Monitors seems to work great however the strap broke after a few uses. Seems there have been other revies with the same issue.

4iiii Viiiiva HR Monitor

Orders to replace a Garmin Dual HR with deteriorating battery capacity. The 4iiii has a much better battery compartment design, is easier to adjust, and is at least as accurate and reliable. And it’s Canadian!
