How Does it Work?

The PRECISION 3+ PRO Powermeter is so much more than a power meter. It’s your training partner that offers peace of mind. While you are riding, your PRECISION 3+ PRO Powermeter will transmit watts, cadence, and calories to your head unit of choice. While the power meter is not in use, Find My is enabled and allows you to see its location on a map. You can add your power meter to the Find My app and locate it on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or using the Find Items app on an Apple Watch.

Factory Install

The Factory Install PRECISION 3+ PRO gives you the flexibility of having 4iiii power meters installed onto a crankset you supply. We’ll work with you to determine the best fit for your bike frame. Once you place your order, we get in touch with the shipping logistics. You’ll then send us your crankset, we install a power meter on both crank arms, and we ship it back to you.

In The Box

After a factory installation, your crank will be returned to you with a PRECISION 3+ Powermeter pod attached and ready to ride. Reinstall the crank arm back onto your bike, connect a headunit or computer, and you can start riding with power!

Simply use your favourite app’s connection procedure over ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart, put your bike on a trainer, and get riding!

    Before purchasing, confirm there is enough clearance between your crank arm and your bike frame for the power meter pod to fit. To ensure clearance and compatibility, you will be required to send us a photo of a successful clearance-check before sending us your crank or crankset. If unsure, contact us for help.

    Shipping

    Shipping instructions will be sent to you with your order confirmation, including the UK address to send your crank to, including the Benelux address to send your crank to. Find an appropriate package for your crank and send it on its way, we recommend a tracked and signed for service.

  • Installation

    Manufacturing & Installation

    Your crank will have the pod attached using the exact tools, techniques, and staff we use on all our products, and must pass all the same high quality checks. Manufacturing should take about 7-10 business days, and you will be given a tracking link so you can follow your crank through the process.

  • Reinstallation

    Shipping Back & Reinstallation

    Once manufacturing is complete, we will ship your crank or crankset back using the shipping method you selected at checkout. As soon as you receive it, you can reinstall it on your bike.

Very Happy

I bought a new bike (Ventum Tempus) with Dura-ace 9200 components. I decided I would try the 4iiii factory upgrade. I sent the crank in, then three-ish weeks later, I got the crank back. It looked spectacular. I put that bad mother on the bike, and sync'd it to my head unit. I've now had a few rides on the bike, and everything is rock solid. Five Stars! Joe Bob says, "check it out"!

Very good customer service

Love the 4iiii team. I've purchased 4 dual sided power meters. The power meters work great and customer service is excellent. The tariffs are painful and I wish those in power would treat Canada like the great neighbors they are.

Six months on and so far it is perfect

January through June and so far my Precision 3+ Pro is flawless. The battery life is amazing. Based on my past experience with power meters I checked with Support a month ago just prior to a trip, asking what was up with the battery level indicator. I was expecting I needed to swap out batteries. Turns out it is fine. The battery just seems to last forever.

I've had zero problems with connectivity with either my phone or cycling computer. This is, by far, the best PM I've ever owned (out of probably a dozen).

Little to no communication plus shipping issues.

I would 100% give this a 5 star if I would have been given clearer and more communication. I paid for expedited shipping so it was there in 2 days. It sat there for 5 days with update. I then get an email from the shipping department saying they have never received it they only received the shipping documents in an envelope. So that started the debaggle of calling FedEx trying to figure out whats going on and where my expensive Dura Ace crank disappeared to appt. A day after that I got an email saying it arrived in a second package and will start assembly the next day and should ship out the following week cool! 2 weeks go by no update no change in the status was still in "arrived at facility". Around 4.5-5 weeks I emailed in again and said hey whats the eta it was suppose to ship 2 weeks ago. I got a reply that my crank had been damaged in the installation process and will have to restart on a new one. So another week goes by and I finally get a shipping update that it had shipped. All in all I am very happy with the product so far my only gripe truly is about little to no communication over a 1.5 month process.
